Well... What can I say? Coach Anne and Coach JP keep it 100 when it comes to your health and wellbeing. They have created this community where you are surrounded by those that have the same goals that you do. Before I joined their workout programs, I would always focus on strength training. Mobility and stretching? Never thought it would play a part in my health! However, I was so wrong. Coach JP's mobility days has helped me become more flexible and I do not cramp up as easily as I did before. Coach Anne's wellness segments have helped me create a better headspace in my day to day life.
