I love the environment that Coach Anne and JP have created! Everyone is so supportive and non judgmental. It’s a safe place to connect with like minded individuals who are also just trying to better themselves. Learned lots of tips and tricks from not only the coaches but from the other members! Overall I finished the 6 week program feeling more confident and mentally stronger.
