I’ve joined the group coaching part of Coach Anne’s programs since Spring of 2020 and have never looked back. After completing both the at-home and gym individual programs, it felt like such a fresh of breath air having the camaraderie of a group of girls working towards the same goals and facing the same challenges as you. The support you get from everyone in the group gives you that extra motivation but yet teaches you to be more forgiving towards yourself. The entire program isn’t centered on fitness alone but focuses on your general well-being. It’s a great balance between your physical and mental health, which for me (and I’m sure for others as well) hinges upon one another. Our weekly discussions allow us to discuss anything from form, technique, breathing, and life in general. I especially love the portion of our discussions where we hit on some hard topics, giving us a chance to be introspective on things that normally just stay within our own personal thoughts. There’s no pressure to complete the workouts. Rather, there’s an emphasis on just getting you to move you body in any way you’re comfortable with and giving validity to even the smallest of your wins. Building up on these small habits will provide for a much sustainable future in this lifestyle.
