I have been a part of Coach Anne's programs for over a year and followed her even longer. I was so excited she was offering programs outside of CA for others to take part of. I love her emphasis on total health which includes your mind and body rather than on physical changes only. Losing weight and making gains was a bonus to learning more about yourself and not taking your health for granted. Not only that but the program she has made created an open community where we could talk about more than just fitness because health encompasses all parts of your life. Coach Anne and JP joining together was awesome! Lots of times with fitness, we forget about our mobility/flexibility. The incorporation of the mobility/stretches along with the workouts was great! It helped with recovery, reducing injury and overall range of motion. Their emphasis on quality over quantity and focusing on form/breathing/mind body connection was exactly what I needed and I hope to continue with them. They never made you feel bad if you needed to take time for yourself and reminded us that it is okay. Super supportive, great community, learning a lot!
