I've been working with Anne since February 2020 and JP since December 2020 and it has really made a difference in my life. I am more accountable and motivated for my fitness goals. I have also learned that discipline and consistency is key in living a healthy lifestyle. What I appreciate most, is that the workout moves are clearly explained in the coaching notes and videos are provided. It makes it easier to follow along and know what I'm supposed to do. I also love the community aspect of the online workout programs. I've made friends with people who live across the country and even a friend in my own state. I wasn't expecting to make any new friends from joining the program and I am so happy that I did. It is great having a support system that cheers you on. I plan to continue with Anne and JP's programs for as long as I can because I have learned that the group coaching model works best for me. I am also a lot stronger now! I have more endurance during cardio and I can actually do a push-up properly! A few years ago, I thought I'd never be able to do them. Now I can do that move and many more. Anne and JP provide well-rounded programs that not only helped me improve my fitness but my overall wellness and mental health. I also noticed that participating in the programs made it easier for me to cope with pandemic; whenever I took a break from them, I noticed my fitness, nutrition, and overall mental health taking a turn in a negative direction. The programs give me the push and clarity I need! Thank you! :)
