I wanted to create a program that you can do in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment, all you’ll need is a pair of dumbbells (or two if you want a heavier pair for lower body) and a resistance band. There will be a variety of workouts from strength to HIIT to distance running and core, this program will challenge you in many ways while helping you build strength and endurance. I just upgraded the PDF with video links to each exercise, included information regarding nutrition, macros and supplements for you.
