Coach Anne and Coach JP are not only the best and amazing Coaches to guide you through your fitness journey, they are some of the kindest people you will meet. Throughout the program and group coaching calls, you can tell they genuinely care about each of their clients and everyone's wellness. They take the time to get to know you and learn about your goals, and help you toward them. You do have to be prepared to put in the work yourself to meet your goals, but Coach Anne and JP will be there to guide and support you. No dieting or meal plans, lose x amount of weight, or pressure to finish every work out. You are encouraged to go at your own pace. They are so accessible and non-judgemental. They care about your entire well-being and health. This is so much more than fitness and physically looking a certain way for quick fixes. They also have built a community of supportive people who share similar goals and we really motivate each other. If you are hesitant in joining one of their programs, just do it! Even if it is out of your comfort zone, it will be one of the best decisions you will make. Because of them, to name a couple: I have a much better relationship with food working towards food freedom and I move better and with less tension and pain. I am so grateful for these Coaches for impacting my fitness journey, evolving it to a more realistic and sustainable lifestyle.
