May-June Training Rates

Thank you for your interest in training with me! My goal as a coach is to help you positive strides towards a healthier and happier life. What we do inside the gym is only a fraction of the work that is needed, I will do my best to help you understand that health and fitness is a lifestyle change and work from within is also needed. Whether your goals are to gain strength, lose weight, understand fundamentals of the weight room, acquiring confidence, whatever it is- I am here to help you feel and be your best.

This is the current option that I am offering:

Semi Personal Training
Mon-Wednesday 6AM, 7AM
Mon-Thurs 5PM, 6PM, 7PM (T/TH)
Up to 3 sessions per week, 12 sessions max per month.


Training will include:
- Goal assessment
- Progress photos & measurements
- Wellness & lifestyle coaching
- Nutritional guidance
- #annesarmy support & community

A RAF gym membership is required for training, it is $34.99/month and is a separate fee from my training. Paperwork and payment are made to the front desk.
