Training with Anne is one of the best experience I have in my fitness journey. I find Anne through a friend’s Instagram. After following Anne for a few months and learning more about her coaching style through her videos, I decided to reach out with Anne for my first ever personal training experience. I used to dread coming to the gym, but not with Anne sessions. I look forward to every meeting, excited to work out every time. Within 2 short months, my endurance and strength has improved tremendously. Prior to training with Anne, I was dying just after 4 min running but I am now able to run for 20-30 min at speed 6 without much effort. I feel better. I learn to eat to nourish my body. She especially preaches a balanced lifestyle . I can eat whatever I want but in moderation and work hard being active; result will follow. Thank you Anne and JP for everything. Training with you guys is the one of the best memories I always cherish!
